Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

Visual, Non-Intrusive Review

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is a visual, non-intrusive, and historical assessment of a property used to determine the potential for environmental contamination on that site.

What’s Included

  • A review of historical air photos and land titles
  • Information obtained from the municipality and other government agencies and databases
